-Are all Stitches and Glue's products made by hand?
They certainly are. All the products listed on the collectable store are made by me Paul Vincett and by Becky Johnson. Casting, painting, sewing it's all done by us, even the packing of the order to the walk down to the post office.
-Can I expect a high quality product from you guys?
The very small team here at Stitches and Glue consists of professionals that have worked within the film and theatre industry for a number of years, were build quality is paramount to anything that we produce. We would never make anything that doesn't come up to scratch, thats our promise.
-Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
-How do I pay with just my credit card?
After clicking the checkout button, you will be taken to a page with a paypal login. On the bottom left-hand side you will see some credit card logos, above which it asks "Don't have a PayPal acount?" Click "continue" to pay with your credit card or bank account.
-What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.
-How secure is this store?
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
-When can I expect ro recieve my order?
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 working day's, (if they are currently in stock) except our plush Art products which can take a little longer due to the amount of work that goes into each piece. You will be contacted shortly after placing your order giving you a more accurate delivery date. (which in some cases could take up to four weeks.)
Delivery usually takes 2-3 days in the UK and overseas deliveries can take up to 5 working days. Please also note that deliveries can be delayed due to public holidays and adverse weather conditions. All prices are in Pound(£) sterling(Uk), Paypal deal with the currency conversion side of things, but if in doubt please check before
purchasing any of our products.
-Exchanges and Returns
Please be sure to double check your order as refunds/exchanges cannot be made unless the product is damaged or faulty (see below).
-Defective or Damaged Orders
In the case of defective products, or products damaged through shipping we will replace the item within 30 days from the date shipped. Just contact us immediately with the explanation and reason for the return and you will then be forwarded our returns address.
